Onboarding Your Business

To list your business on WatamuPulse:

1. Navigate to the **For Businesses** page.

2. Select a **Listing Plan** (Basic, Featured, or Premium).

3. Fill in your business details:

- **Business Entity**: Your official business name.

- **Principal Contact**: The person responsible for the listing.

- **Curated Category**: Choose from Eat, Stay, Shop, Experiences, Events, or Transport.

- **Google Maps URL**: Crucial! This allows visitors to navigate directly to your door.

4. Upload your **Logo** and **Gallery Photos**. High-quality photos significantly increase user engagement.

Listing Packages & Tiers

Choose the plan that fits your growth strategy:

- **Basic (KES 1,000)**: Core listing with reviews and analytics.

- **Featured (KES 3,500)**: Medium boosted visibility in search results.

- **Premium (KES 10,000)**: Highest visibility and a professional AI-built website (e.g., watamupulse-7b8e3.web.app/site/your-business).

Payment Guide (M-Pesa)

WatamuPulse uses automated M-Pesa payments:

1. After submitting your form, a **Payment Modal** will appear.

2. Enter your **M-Pesa Number**.

3. You will receive a **STK Push PIN Prompt** on your phone.

4. Enter your PIN to authorize the transaction.

5. Once confirmed, your listing moves to **Pending Approval** for verification.

Understanding Your Analytics

Track the "Pulse" of your business in your dashboard:

- **Total Views**: Visibility in search results.

- **Interactions**: Clicks to your Website, WhatsApp, or Location. These are your strongest leads!

Managing Reviews

Community feedback determines your rank:

- **Ranked System**: High ratings improve your position in discovery.

- **Engagement**: Responding to reviews builds trust with your future customers.
